Hi, I'm Grace!

I work at the intersection of technology and human behavior, with a focus on understanding and improving how people interact with complex systems.

About

I am currently at Cornell Tech pursuing a Dual Master of Science in Information Systems and Applied Information Science with a concentration in Connective Media. My work focuses on building solutions grounded in computer science while centering the user experience.

I hold a bachelor's degree from Boston College in Applied Psychology & Human Development and Computer Science. My background in psychology informs my understanding of human behavior and decision-making, while my training in computer science and information systems enables me to analyze and improve complex systems.

My experience spans UX research in security, trust, and human–AI interaction. At Cisco Meraki, I led generative research on role-based access control (RBAC) and complex enterprise workflows. I am currently a UX researcher at the Cornell Tech Center to End Tech Abuse, where I conduct usability research on passkeys and interpersonal security contexts, and previously conducted mixed-methods UX research on human–AI interaction through data visualization at Boston College.

Research Focus:

Trust & Safety | Human–AI Interaction | Security & Authentication | Data Visualization | Education Technology
